This Privacy Policy describes how Let’s BOB LLC (“Let’s BOB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit letsbob.com. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Let’s BOB is a health and wellness marketing and referral platform. We are not a medical provider, telehealth company, pharmacy, or health plan. We connect individuals with licensed third-party telehealth and compounding pharmacy services. We do not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or prescribe medications.
Information you provide directly: When you use our Site, you may voluntarily provide your name, email address, state of residence, and other contact information through forms such as our waitlist. We do not collect health information, medical history, or Protected Health Information (PHI) through letsbob.com.
Information collected automatically: We automatically collect technical data when you visit our Site, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs.
Cookies and tracking: We use cookies to operate and improve the Site. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Site; respond to your inquiries; send notifications you have requested such as waitlist updates; comply with legal obligations; and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not use your information to make medical decisions or share it with advertisers.
If you proceed with a telehealth consultation through our third-party partner, you will be directed to that partner’s platform. Any health information you provide there is governed exclusively by that partner’s privacy practices and HIPAA obligations. Let’s BOB does not receive, access, store, or process your health intake data. We are not a Covered Entity or Business Associate under HIPAA with respect to that data.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site, subject to confidentiality obligations; our third-party partners, only as necessary to facilitate your referral; and law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Waitlist and inquiry information is retained until you request deletion or we discontinue the relevant service.

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance.
